change due to gases is impossible: cause and solution
Please first visit devbahadurdongol.blogspot.com for
details on “climate change due to gases is impossible: cause and solution” and
“harnessing unlimited hydropower: end of power crisis”.
To,
DR. RAJENDRA PACHAURI,
CHAIRPERSON, IPCC
Dear Dr. Pachauri,
It is pity that I have to send
you this email. I am the man who gave you the abstracts (attached) as follow
during the conference of mountain countries on C. C. in Kathmandu at hotel
Hyatt.
1. Climate change due to gases is
impossible: cause and solution.
2. Harnessing unlimited hydropower:
solution to power crisis.
Details of both the
topics are in the blog: devbahadurdongol.blogspot.com
Since you have not yet
sent me an email as a response, I humbly request you to stop accusing gases but
do right actions to stop CC and end power crisis with the only clean energy,
the hydropower that is very essential to reduce health hazardous pollutions.
Hoping to hear from
you.
With regards,
Dr.Dev
# I sent the above letter to IPCC and UNFCCC and got the
following response from Dr. Pachauri. I
am surprised instead of defending IPCC and UNFCCC and not commenting on my
scientific analysis he thinks my conclusion is an opinion; ridiculous
scientific inference is not and can’t be an “opinion”, it is science, correct
or wrong should be decisive. If the analysis is wrong I should be warned and if
it is right should be accepted and immediately applied to obviate the world
from the problems of CC and power crises.

Dear all,
Please send an email to the chairman IPCC with your
questions. Anyway, his reply admits that my scientific analysis is correct so
we need to apply the solution I have put
forward. Form a pressure group demanding scientific explanations to prove gases
are causing CC or stop accusing gases.

Dear Dr. Dev,
I am pleased to see concerned citizens like you voicing their opinions and
concerns on the most significant issues of our times.
We must all do our bit to make the future more
sustainable and I wish you
good luck in your future endeavors.
With kind regards,
Yours sincerely,

Yes! Yes! Yes! More underground water is drained to sea
than it is recharged; more snow on mountains is melted than added and drained
to the sea as water. Sea level rise is not due to GW though. GW and sea level
rise are two consequences besides many others. For details about the cause and
solution to CC please visit to devbahadurdongol.blogspot.com

# to a_boretti@yahoo.com
“The
recent paper by Gehrels, Callard, Moss, Marshall, and Blaauw is a very
interesting contribution to the open discussion if sea levels are actually
accelerating because of global warming or not.”
# My scientific conclusion is ‘NO’. All
together we call climate change. The root cause is urbanization –
covered the land areas, deforestation and desert formation – reduced
evaporation from land disturbing rain cycle, ground water recharge is
obstructed; decreased ground water level; drained water from land areas (snow
of poles and mountains) increased sea water level; disturbed rain cycle reduced
ground water, decreased cooling system caused global warming, less snow than
melting is added on mountains and poles; affected vegetation, drinking water,
irrigation etc.
1. Obstructed the evaporation from land areas that
reduced the frequency of rain cycle and amount of rain in other times than
monsoon – so the cooling system is disturbed, rain cycle is the most effective
cooling system in Nature, thus we have the global warming. Because frequency of
rain cycle and quantity of water per rain is reduced ground water recharge and
snow on mountains and poles are also reduced. Thus land is getting drier and
drier; it hasn’t got water as much as it can hold to saturation as in the old
days.
2. We have been using ground water and mostly drained to
the sea together with the water from snow on the mountains and poles, we heat
water that we use meaning sea is receiving hotter water than normal more and
more helping raise temperature of sea – so sea level rise and warmer sea.
Therefore sea level rise is an effect as is the GW. I
don’t see GW is causing the sea level rise.

# CC is a topic of science not this and that.
# What is the standard surface of the earth? Normal
surface of the earth before urbanization? Before concrete jungle is created?
Concrete jungle is more dangerous than the deserts in climate sense, the
problem of water is derived from this; deserts can recharge underground water,
can hold water and in the long run develop vegetation if water made available.
That is not possible with jungle of concretes which only drains water to sea.
# Even we stop CO2 totally emission GW will go
on increasing. When the life started on the earth it was the end of first ice
age and atmosphere had CO2 much more than at present. May be it was
more than 50% in the atmosphere. Gases are helping the earth to cool down.
# Where The water added in the sea come from?
How was the surface of the earth before urbanization? How
we have changed the surface of the earth?
This is what we have done to the surface of the earth.
Photos… It must have some impacts on like cultivation, evaporation affecting
the climate.
#water cycle – water vapor present in the air as humid
can’t rise up to the height where it can condense and drop as rain; it needs
the help of hot air current to go up. The sea is never heated to create that
much hot air above the sea surface. Molecular steam can rise up and that
requires temperature always remain 100oC. Humid air has water as
small particles but not in the molecular form as the gases like oxygen,
nitrogen etc. Evaporation at normal temperature can humidify the air and the
humid air becomes heavier whereas water in the molecular form is lighter than
air.
# This
year (2012) it did not rain at the end of the Holi (March 8). In previous years
we had rain every year – last two years witnessed. So far I remember there was
rain at the end of the holi (hilli region) and next day (terai region holi)
both the days. From this year people did not play holi traditional way as we
don’t have water for day to day need, so no question to scatter or splash on
each other. So evaporation of water is almost nil. Now on until water is scarce
holi will not be effective for spreadingor sprinkling water and no rain at the
end of the festival. It rained on March 2012, 13th and 15th evenings.
Now I don’t think we will have rain next year on as well.
People don’t have water enough even for day to day need.
# we should make
requirements and rules to follow: 1. structures on pillars so that
ground is left free to the possible max percentage. 2. Make some way for Ground
water recharge system, 3. Roof top cover with soil to the thickness possible
and grow grass or something else
